when can I schedule my haircuts?
customers can only schedule for the day of appointments. We do not book farther in advance than same-day.
how early can I schedule for?
our online check in opens at midnight the night before, so customers can schedule the night before or morning of.
how can I buy gift cards?
YES! We have plenty of gift cards available and they're the perfect gift! (come in store to purchase)
can I do a walk-in?
we do have walk-ins, but our services are usually booked online which allows for limited walk-in time throughout the day. If customers choose to do walk-ins we can attempt to schedule them at that time or later in the day.
what if I know I'm going to be late?
customers can call ahead to let us know they are going to be late, however, we have a strict 10 minute late policy. If you are 10 minutes past your scheduled time we can no longer take you.
how do I know if my appointment went through?
when scheduling for a service, customers should receive a confirmation text or email after they click submit. If a text or email is not received then the process needs to be repeated.
